What we do
Waypoint aggregates active job postings from major U.S. hospital systems and travel-nurse staffing agencies, alongside a hospital-by-hospital wage transparency dataset. Every job links directly to the hospital's own application — no agency markup, no intermediary recruiter taking a cut of your offer.
Our wage dataset covers 2,773 hospitals across 401 systems, sourced from each hospital's own published job postings and refreshed nightly. It's the most current public pay-transparency reference in U.S. healthcare staffing.
Why we exist
Healthcare hiring is fragmented across 30+ applicant tracking systems. Finding the right role typically means bouncing between hospital careers sites, agency portals, and Indeed-style aggregators that don't expose pay data. Waypoint consolidates all of that into one searchable interface and tells you what the job actually pays before you apply.
How it works
- Hospital jobs are scraped nightly from each system's applicant tracking system (Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Travel contracts are aggregated from Vivian Health, Aya Healthcare, Cross Country, and other major agency feeds.
- Wage data is parsed from each hospital's published pay disclosures and normalized into standard pay-band format.
- Listings update every weekday night between 8 PM and 11 PM Central. Inactive listings are removed within 24 hours.
Pricing
Free for candidates. Hospital systems pay for sponsored placement (top-of-results visibility on relevant state, specialty, and system pages) and pay-per-apply-click. Every job — sponsored or organic — links to the actual employer's application.
