The /wages tree is sourced from BLS, hospital-published rates, and community submissions. Your students see what to expect by region and system before they take an interview.
Free forever for students
The site is funded by hospitals paying per apply-click on boosted listings. Your students never pay, never sign up unless they want saved jobs persisted across devices (we don't even require that — localStorage works fine).
Career-center embeddable widgets (on request)
We can provide a small JS embed your career center can drop on its own pages to surface state-filtered live job counts (e.g., 'Texas RN jobs: 6,418 open'). Updates daily. Comes with usage analytics.
No agency referral fees
Waypoint never charges your students, your faculty, or your school. Some commercial job boards take placement fees from hospitals THEN bill graduates for premium accounts. We don't.

We'll point you at a state × specialty grid configured for your most common placement scenarios (e.g., /jobs/state/tx/icu-critical-care for a Texas BSN program with critical-care emphasis).
STEP 3
Optional embed
Career center website can include a Waypoint live-jobs widget showing live counts for your most relevant filters. JS or iframe; we provide setup help.

Quarterly check-in
We share anonymized aggregate stats (your domain's referral volume, top specialties clicked, top states searched) so your program can spot trends.
