Main Function : Acute outpatient position to work as part of an interdisciplinary team performing evaluations, developing a plan of care, and providing treatment for patients requiring Physical Therapy services with a wide variety of diagnoses. Provide patient, family and caregiver education. Complete all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information.
Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility. Additional qualities include: strong manual therapy skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills. Required
BS from an accredited Physical Therapy program at a minimum, DPT preferred. Current MA license. Lymphedema certified and/or experience preferred with pelvic floor diagnosis.
AHA BLS certification required.
$35.53 - $61.67 This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The
listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
