The math
An agency placement for an experienced ICU RN runs 20-25% of first-year salary — call it $15,000-$22,000 per hire.
On Waypoint, a High-Priority ICU posting that closes after 1,500 apply clicks uses 1,500 credits. Even at our smallest-bundle price of $10 per credit, that is $15,000 total, and that is an extreme case. Most roles close in 50-300 clicks.

What if I just want to list free?
Do it. Free listings appear in the main feed in date order alongside scraped jobs. You only pay if you boost.
How do I onboard my whole TA team?
Once your account is provisioned, you can invite team members via the dashboard's Users tab (we add this on request). Each team member gets their own login but shares your hospital's billing.
Do you take a placement fee?
No. We never see candidate-side payment. The candidate applies through your ATS, you hire them, and the candidate is yours — no per-hire fees.
What does the candidate experience look like?
They find your role on a Waypoint listing or detail page (or via Google / ChatGPT / Perplexity). They click Apply. They land on your ATS application URL. Your ATS handles the rest.
