Maxim Healthcare is in search of compassionate and hardworking individuals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy (ABA) services for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do: - Help Kids Learn and Grow: Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors. - Always Stay Active: Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. - Keep Things Organized: Document kiddos’ progress and milestones using a mobile application while following Behavior Plans, objectives, and instruction from the BCBA/Program supervisor. - Consistent Work Setting : You’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in local schools depending on our client’s needs. - Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope through providing true behavior support services and crisis intervention.
