- Encourage progress and celebrate meaningful milestones
- Track client progress using a mobile application
- Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and families to support client success Many healthcare and behavioral health professionals begin their careers as Behavior Technicians. This role provides valuable hands-on experience that can support future careers in education, therapy, healthcare, and behavior analysis. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College credits preferred but not required
- Experience working with children preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/BLS Certification or willingness to obtain
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
