HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Your Role: Primary liaison between community nursing programs and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). Fosters strong partnerships and ensures positive experiences for nursing students, faculty members, and clinical groups.
Identifies and addresses barriers to success. Supports the recruitment and hiring of nursing candidates. Collaborates with internal teams to enhance the nursing student experience.

Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field. Preferred

Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields. Preferred Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to work as a team member.
