✓Associates degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare or related field; OR two (2) years (2) additional relevant and equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree.
Bachelors degree in related field OR four (4) years of experience in directly related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum two (2) years building/maintaining schedules utilizing a software application OR three (3) years of experience in providing direct technical support; OR two (2) years coordinating systems or projects
✓Excellent problem-solving skills.
✓Applied use of analytical skills including data analysis.
✓Ability to convey or exchange complex information including understanding statements of operations and procedural routines.
✓Ability to communicate with internal customers at all levels of an organization.

About the role

Responsible for creating, building, and maintaining accurate clinician and department calendars and schedule templates utilizing analytical reports. Collaborates regularly with Department Leaders to ensure there is an adequate number of appointments activated to meet demand.
