This manager position provides strategic and operational leadership for the Access department, with a focus on improving patient access across our primary care clinics. Responsibilities include oversight of scheduling and patient registration operations. This role partners with clinical and operational leaders to identify barriers to access, standardize workflows, and implement strategies that improve timely access to care.

Required
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or equivalent educ/experience 6 years Healthcare or job-related experience. 4 years Leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience or other related experience.
