We collaborate with various departments, including Virtual Care, MyChart, and Analytics, to ensure seamless and patient-friendly processes. Role Overview As an Access Optimization Consultant, you will lead and facilitate access improvement initiatives, including core system scheduling algorithm design. You¿ll serve as a subject matter expert in scheduling build and patient access, collaborating with stakeholders to develop system-wide policies.

Lead and collaborate on access improvement efforts, including scheduling algorithm design. Develop and update system scheduling design policies with stakeholder teams. Implement system standards to enhance accuracy and efficiency in patient access channels.
Integrate scheduling build into patient portals to support digital scheduling initiatives. Apply improvement methodologies (e.g., lean six sigma, agile) to address process inefficiencies. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, patient-friendly processes.
Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, healthcare administration). Four (4) years of relevant experience in healthcare, data analysis, project management, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Excel and problem-solving approaches.
