Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field, or relevant progressive leadership experience in a patient access organization.
Qualifications
✓Five (5) years of progressively responsible healthcare operations, patient access, ambulatory operations, contact center, or related healthcare leadership experience. Proven ability to develop high-performing teams through accountability, coaching, engagement, and professional development.
✓Three (3) years of direct supervisory experience leading frontline staff, with demonstrated professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
✓Two (2) years of strong critical thinking and sound decision-making skills. Experience utilizing operational metrics and performance data to improve operational outcomes.
✓Two (2) years of experience implementing operational or process improvement initiatives (via Lean, Six Sigma, or formal process improvement methodology), with project or change management experience.
✓Two (2) years of ability and experience leading in a fast-paced, highly matrixed academic medical center or integrated health system, partnering with physicians, clinic leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
✓Two (2) years of experience supervising represented (unionized) employees.
