Kootenai Health is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst I, to join our team! This is a fast-paced position that requires knowledge of Excel, debits and credits, and invoicing. As the Accounts Payable Analyst I, you will bring previous accounts payable experience, be a proactive go-getter, motivated, a team player, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
You are able to work independently, learn quickly, and possess strong attention to detail. Additionally, your knowledge of W-9 forms and 1099 experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with technology, including Infor, Excel, Outlook, and the Office Suite, is a plus.
This role involves processing and supporting the timely issuance of payments, maintaining all related accounts payable records, and submitting required financial, audit, and regulatory reports. This is a Monday – Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Onsite, non-exempt position. Pay starts at $23.19 - $33.04/hr depending on relevant experience.
