$23.81 - $33.91 Hourly Review and process all documents pertaining to Accounts Payable. Responsible for all functions of Accounts Payable and other checks, reports and analyses in accordance with verbal and written Hospital policies and procedures.
Responsible for accurate input and processing invoices. Reconciles invoices to purchase orders; takes advantage of vendor discounts when appropriate. Process checks (including manual checks) and disburses according to policy.
Responsible for creation and tracking of monthly A/R invoices to outside entities as needed, and follow-up and proper coding of received payments. Responsible for obtaining necessary W-9's and issuing 1099's at year-end for appropriate vendors. Who You Are: Detail oriented Analytical Attention to accuracy Excellent customer service skills
Two years experience in accounting, including significant accounts payable. Accuracy by touch on ten-key calculator. Minimum typing 40 wpm preferred.
Proficient in Windows, Excel and personal computer based word processor software. Associates degree in Business preferred. Job Information: Starting wage $23.81 to $28.86 based on qualifications.
