Must have experience in personal care skills, body mechanics, behavior management Experience in a recreation setting preferred CPR certified Associates degree in related field preferred or relevant equivalent work experience.
Must have a willingness and aptitude for working with a variety of people. Must have a basic understanding of the needs of the elderly and those in needs of long term care services. Demonstrates above average imagination, creativity, spirit of cooperation and friendly personality are required.
