✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Montana or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
Certifications
✓Eligible for certification as a therapeutic recreation specialist or activities professional by a recognized accrediting body on or after Oct 1, 1990
✓Current BLS certification by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent
✓OR has 2 years experience in a social or recreational program within the last 5 years, 1 of which was full time patient activities program in a health care setting
Qualifications

✓Current, valid MT Driver’s license and proof of insurability

✓OR has, or can complete within 1 year of hire, the Activity Director course approved by the State of MT.
✓Ability to pass safe driving session conducted by facility maintenance manager.
