Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.

Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association. 1 year of RN experience.
