✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State of Nevada and Nationally Registered EMT Advanced Certification through the National Registry of EMT upon hire.
✓National Registered EMT Advanced Certification must be in active status within in 90 days of hire.
✓May hold a Paramedic EMT certification for up to 60 days while awaiting movement into an open Paramedic position.
Certifications
✓Obtain and maintain BLS certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) standards required at time of hire.
✓ACLS certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) standards required within 6 months of hire.
Qualifications
✓Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
✓Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English. Medical terminology is preferred.
