Acute Care Technician - Med Surg Urology Full Time Night Shift - TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital Location: 375 Dixmyth Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220 Work

Full Time Nights - (72 hours bi-weekly) 6:30pm - 7:00am Every 3rd weekend rotation Holiday rotation 14AB is a medical unit with 22 beds. Our patient population consists of adult and geriatric patients with varied medical diagnoses including complications from diabetes, pneumonia, cellulitis , encephalopathy, and remote telemetry . We also care for renal and urology surgery patients including those who have had a nephrectomy, prostatectomy, transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) and those with continuous bladder irrigation (CBI).

Any patients admitted to the hospital who require peritoneal dialysis (PD) treatments , have PD care managed by a trained 14AB nurse. This unit supports the growth and learning of new grads. 14AB provides the opportunity to master time management, and a variety of skills such as suprapubic catheter exchange , continuous bladder irrigation, vascath removal and peritoneal dialysis Why You’ll Love Working Here Supportive, team ‑ centered culture built on communication, compassion, and respect.
