Education
✓Associate degree in human services or related fields
Bachelor degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field preferred
Qualifications
✓1 year experience working with people with substance use disorder.
✓Experience working in a healthcare setting
✓Experience with Motivational Interviewing
✓Eligible to apply for SAC-IT upon hire
✓Familiarity with the ASAM criteria
✓Ability to manage multiple ongoing care coordination cases efficiently
✓Practice is informed by a harm reduction approach to client interactions
✓Exercise good judgment, maintain good interpersonal relationships, adapt to change, evaluate critically and think creatively.
✓Effective written and verbal skills allowing communication with physicians, co-workers, other clinic/hospital personnel, as well as the public.
Experiencing using an Electronic Medical Record – ideally EPIC. preferred
