OverviewAs our Administrative Assistant, you will maintain a professional and welcoming front-office presence for visitors as well as provide vital support to maintain the efficient, smooth operation of the office.

This role involves handling phone calls, managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, assisting with document management, and providing customer service. You will ensure that the office environment is organized and well-maintained, contributing to a productive workplace ResponsibilitiesManage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. File and maintain records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. Handle general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Assist with data entry and maintain databases and support timekeeping functions. Support senior staff with project coordination and administrative needs. Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office presence for visitors.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.5+ years’ experience in a similar administrative roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
