Job Summary and Qualifications The Administrative Assistant assists the Senior Executive Assistant, patients, visitors, other departments, co-workers and physicians as necessary; exhibits excellent customer relations; shows courtesy, compassion and respect. Communicates with hospital staff members, other hospital Administrative staffs, Directors and Physicians · You will complete correspondence and documents, take minutes at assigned meetings, organizing work to complete duties effectively and efficiently. · Organize and set up for meetings and other functions.
