Administrative Assistant

Job OverviewEbenezer is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our independent senior living team at Applewood Pointe Langton Lake in Roseville, MN! This position will be responsible, under the supervision of the Property Manager, to assist in the overall office duties of the community and meet the programming needs of the Condominium Owners. This front desk schedule includes;40 hours every two weeksPart time; Day shiftNo weekendsResponsibilities:Serves as a support for clerical tasks in assisting with daily administration of the CondominiumServes as clerical support to the Board of DirectorsServes as point of contact for residentsCoordinates with the Social Committee on ongoing and new programs designed to meet the interests of the residentsMaintains professional and accurate documentation of Resident, Committee documentation and Building filesDevelops the Monthly Calendar, prepare newsletter articles and flyersPerforms a variety of financial related activities (if applicable to location)Performs other duties required by the specific needs of the propertyRequired

1 year of previous experience with property managementPreferred
