Administrative Assistant to Hospital President, Full-time, Days

✓Requirements
Education
✓High School Diploma or equivalent required
Qualifications
✓Five years in support of a department, supervisor or projects required.
✓Advanced office software applications skills and experienced user of office and desktop publishing applications e.g. power point, Excel spreadsheet creation, and other presentation software to create presentations and some analysis, and collaboration platforms e.g. Microsoft Teams.
✓Proven experience producing various forms of business correspondence - e.g. business letters, memos, written and statistical report documentation for production.
✓Proven mathematical skills to collect, manipulate and analyze financial or statistical data. Good project management and organization skills.
✓Excellent verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to give instructions and clearly explain any type of problems or situations.
Prefer previous experience as an assistant supporting a leader(s) and the department preferred
