The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a variety of projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and scope.
Leads Flu and Covid season ordering. Conducts weekly flu vaccine inventories with outpatient clinics. Oversees all annual inventories and conducts inventories throughout the year as needed.
Assists with cost center transfers and processing monthly reports. Manages the Courier Route. Is responsible for running monthly pharmacy reports and processing invoices as needed.
Will is backup to all Purchasing Department staff. Job
