Education
✓Bachelor's Degree is required.

Qualifications
✓Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
✓Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
✓Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
✓Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✓Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
✓Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, foster a collaborative environment, and drive organizational change.
✓Understanding of state and federal laws relevant to the assigned area.
