✓Enrolled in a graduate degree program (MHA, MHSA, MBA, MPH, or other healthcare/business-related graduate program).
Qualifications
✓Intern must be able to provide proof of progress toward completion of program. Interaction or training in specified area.

✓Letters of Recommendation (1 Professional and 1 Academic)
✓Copy of unofficial transcripts from completed undergraduate program and in-process graduate program

✓Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and organizational priorities.
✓Participate in meetings with executive leaders, directors, managers, physicians, and clinical teams.

✓Assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of operational and service line initiatives.
✓Support projects related to quality, patient experience, finance, workforce development, access, and hospital operations.
✓Participate in educational experiences, including leadership development sessions, facility tours, executive discussions, and networking opportunities.
