✓Requirements
Education
✓Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a Bachelor's degree or higher program with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Qualifications
✓Experience with or exposure to, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks)
✓Prior project management experience or exposure — this can include formal PM roles, informal project coordination, or academic/team-based project leadership

✓Minimum of 60 credit hours successfully completed by the start of the internship required
✓Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.

About the role

Within the Department of Strategy & Business Development, the Administrative Intern will gain hands-on experience in health system administration, strategic planning, process improvement, and project management in support of broader program initiatives within an academic medical environment.
