Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 3 years as a project lead in a business/admin unit within a basic science/clinical department or service line
✓Ability to demonstrate an entry level of diplomacy in persuading and influencing people at various levels to achieve results
✓Ability to identify and analyze pertinent information/data to make and communicate recommendations and decisions
✓Effective interpersonal and communication skills
✓Ability as a partner to maintain a culture of integrity and accountability
✓Understanding of financial planning concepts as it pertains to academic health care, research and higher education
✓Ability to serve as a receptive listener and seeks to understand the differing sides of each situation
Understanding of the concepts of strategic leadership, planning and change management approaches in a complex environment, preferably a research-intensive medical school/health system preferred
