About the role

The Community and Mobile Health Administrative Assistant provides clerical, scheduling, and administrative support for mobile medical services. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, community partners, and staff by answering and placing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, generating basic reports and providing general clerical and administrative support.
