Administrator RN

The Administrator is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for all aspects of resident care and staff of the facility. This role involves planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing all nursing services, while ensuring the facility’s present and future viability through active participation in resident admissions, care planning, and discharges. In addition to maintaining confidentiality and strong interpersonal relations, the Administrator coordinates the hiring, scheduling, evaluation, and disciplinary actions for all staff members.

Furthermore, they provide essential in-service training, implement necessary precautions for resident safety and infection control, and contribute to achieving the Center’s budgetary goals. Other information: Current RN license in good standing for the State of Arkansas with one or more years supervisory experience, preferably in a nursing home or an assisted living facility. Assisted Living Administrator certification from the Department of Human Service, Office of Long Term Care for the Sate of Arkansas obtained within 4 months of hire.

Continuing education to keep certification and license. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
