✓Registered Nurse (RN) or licensed allied health professional (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, or Clinical Social Worker): Required
✓Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) or American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) or Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Required
Education
✓Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
