Measure vital signs, Administer IVs, change dressings, clean wounds as needed Provides skilled nursing care, preventative rehabilitative procedures, and prescribed treatments with a variety of patient populations within various potentially complex home situations.
Work closely with a supportive patient care team including physicians, therapy and social services, pastoral care, home health aides and others for your assigned caseload. New York State RN license Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Registered Nurse required Basic Life Support Certification Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation Posted Salary Range USD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
