You’ll need
Education
✓High School Diploma or equivalent required. Courses in typing and computer skills; medical terminology preferred.
Qualifications
✓Endure periods of heavy workload or stress.
✓Work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations.
✓Interact with irate customers.
✓Interact with physicians and their staff and participate as a team member with individuals inside and outside the department.
