Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced and dedicated clinician to join our team as a Case Therapist I . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of effective treatment planning, creative therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention, and the use of integrative, evidence-based approaches in group settings along with individual and family therapy. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct clinical services, primarily group therapy, along with individual and family counseling Coordinate care by communicating effectively with the treatment team, patients, and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record Support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care across the treatment spectrum Key assets: Proven experience in clinical treatment planning and implementation Skilled in creative and integrative therapeutic techniques Strong time management, organizational, and detail-oriented skills A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent verbal and written communication skills A true team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families, and you bring both clinical expertise and a collaborative spirit, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications Minimum
Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field
Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW) within twelve months of hire
