Independent Ohio licensure in social work or counseling (LISW, PCC), preferred.

✓Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Child Development, or related field, required.
Qualifications
✓Working knowledge of relevant federal and state legislation and regulations and local county-specific policies. Understanding of mandated reporting laws.
✓Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
✓Working knowledge of relevant community resources and systems.
✓Working knowledge of interpersonal family violence and human development.
✓Ability to manage mental healthcare for children and families and provide family violence intervention.
✓Crisis intervention skills including suicide assessment and response.
Two years of experience in social services, or related field, with an emphasis on trauma, preferred.
Experience working with sexual victimization or domestic violence victims, preferred.
