Licensure
✓Montana applicants must have State Licensure to work in the State of MT, required.
Certifications
✓Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Scientist ASCP certification or equivalent as approved by the Manager and Human Resources.
✓Certification must be maintained to remain in the job, required.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory/medical technology science or chemical, physical, biological, or equivalent.
✓Education must be obtained through an accredited institution.
✓Applicants with chemical, physical, biological science or equivalent bachelor’s degree will be subject to education verification which may include transcript/credit evaluation by Laboratory Services Quality Assurance leadership, required.

Experience leading training and education of staff at all levels, Preferred.
