What you can expect at your practice: Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient Family Medicine practice Perform complete history and physical exams for 20-22 pediatric, adult, and older adult patients per day Full-time hours varying from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m, on call 7-8x per year per year Opportunity to adopt small patient panel with room to grow Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, infections, arthritis, anxiety, depression etc.

Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred Work
1 year Required Licenses: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required Courses and Training: BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
