✓Current state license as an advanced practitioner with prescriptive authority.
Certifications
✓Successful completion of advanced practitioner training and certification as a practitioner (general or specialized) from an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
✓Current CPR certification. (or ability to obtain)
Education
✓Master’s Degree required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum three years of professional experience in a clinic setting preferred, plus one year of advanced practitioner experience (preferred, but not required).
