You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current state license as an advanced registered nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority or current state physician assistant license with DEA certification
Certifications
✓Successful completion of advanced practitioner training and certification as a practitioner (general or specialized) from an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
✓Current BLS certification
Qualifications
✓Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to stimulate new ideas and create a positive work environment
✓Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience in nursing, hospice nursing experience preferred
