Licensure
✓Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Utah
Education
✓Due to the proficient clinical skills necessary for this role, APPs currently in their training programs and/or recently graduated APPs will not be considered at this time.
Qualifications
✓Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
✓Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
✓Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
Minimum of 2 years of inpatient APP experience hospitalist or critical care setting preferred.
Critical Care experience is strongly preferred; at a minimum, a willingness to participate in additional training to manage complex ICU patients will be important in this role.
