✓Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process
✓Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant/Associate or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process
Certifications
✓APRN Candidates will require Acute Care Certification.
✓Current certification by American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP)
✓CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
✓Current certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
Education
✓Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant/Associate Program
Qualifications
Applicants with previous Advanced Practice Provider experience in Cancer related specialty is preferred. Relevant RN experience may be considered.
