Licensure
✓Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
✓Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
✓Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
Certifications
✓Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
✓BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
✓Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Education
✓Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
Master’s degree. preferred
Degree will be verified. preferred
Qualifications
Experience in gender-affirming care, management of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), care of patients living with HIV, and prior primary care experience preferred
