Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Neurosurgery Critical Care Role +Fellowship

​ Full-Time | Night Shift | Plaza Hospital Join our Neuro Surgical ICU (NSICU) team and work alongside Neuro Critical Care physicians in a collaborative, high-acuity environment. We are seeking a motivated APP with a passion for critical care. ICU experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Critical Care Fellowship opportunity for new graduates Comprehensive 5-month orientation and training program Collaborative team of intensivists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, nursing, and pharmacy professionals Progressive autonomy and advanced procedural training Strong mentorship and career growth opportunities Schedule Full-time nights 3 shifts per week (5:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Approximately 1 weekend every 3 weeks Approximately 2 holidays per year 18-bed Neuro Surgical ICU Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients Develop and implement treatment plans Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care Provide patient, family, and staff education Evaluate outcomes and adjust plans of care Qualifications Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Strong communication and teamwork skills Critical care experience preferred Ideal candidates will have experience in critical care or related specialties, including NSICU, CVICU, MICU, SICU, Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, Emergency Medicine, Acute Care/Hospital Medicine, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Cardiology, Anesthesia, or other high-acuity settings.
