Licensure
✓current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California which specifies that the individual is licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Midwife.
✓OR Possession of a valid certificate issued by the Board of Registered Nursing authorizing use of the title Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Midwife.
✓Completion of a Physician's Assistant training program approved by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance AND possession of a current valid certificate issued by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.

Certifications
✓Possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card at time of hire.
