- You will travel to patients home in the greater Denver Area to provide palliative care services.

- APRN from an accredited program
- Board certification
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
