Advanced Practice Provider provides comprehensive medical care across urgent care, family practice, and outpatient recovery services, ensuring high-quality treatment and continuity of care for patients. Urgent Care Assess, diagnose, and manage acute conditions such as minor injuries, infections, sprains, and gastrointestinal complaints in a walk-in clinic environment. Perform in-clinic procedures including wound care, suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage.
Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab tests; initiate timely and evidence-based treatment plans. Provide same-day care with a focus on efficient patient flow, safety, and high-quality outcomes. Educate patients on symptom management, follow-up care, and prevention strategies.
Family Practice Deliver primary care services for patients of all ages including wellness exams, chronic disease management, immunizations, and health screenings. Provide care for common chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma), adjusting treatment based on patient response and evidence-based guidelines. Promote preventive care through lifestyle counseling, risk assessment, and health education.
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed to support continuity of care. Maintain up-to-date and compliant patient records within the clinic's EMR system. General Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in the clinic’s EHR system.
Ensure all documentation complies with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits. Stay current with continuing education and regulatory requirements relevant to the scope of clinic-based NP practice. Uphold clinical protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards in a high-paced outpatient setting.
