Certification as a Nurse Practitioner. OR Current state license as a Physician Assistant Current certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission of Physician Assistants. AND Applicable experience as defined by position leadership AND Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V. BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers. -2 years working experience as a provider in a clinic setting. -Schedule: -3 days during the week, M-F -Sunday, 7am - 3 pm, required
