Department/division specs: Practice alongside four Sleep Medicine physicians and four Sleep Medicine APPs Cross collaboration with sleep ENT and Medical Weight Loss American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) accredited center Duties &
Evaluate and manage patients with sleep disorders (e.g., obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome). Adjust PAP therapy, dose titration, and other treatment plans. Conduct outpatient follow-up visits and coordinate longitudinal care.
Collaborate with sleep physicians and multidisciplinary teams on complex cases. Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment adherence, and lifestyle modifications. Help manage patient cohort related to weight-loss–linked sleep management, follow-ups, and repeat sleep studies 5-day, 8-hour shift schedule, days only, Monday-Friday Reports to the Division Administrator 100% outpatient

Nurse Practitioner: Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process Master of Science in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing practice with clinical specialty appropriate to position Current certification by American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP) CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications Physician Assistant: Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Physician Assistant/Associate or eligible to obtain a licensure through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) application process Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant/Associate Program Current certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will promote collaboration between multiple disciplines to ensure cost effective and quality patient care.

shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, specialty; relevant experience and training; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Additional compensation may include premium pay rates, sign-on bonuses, and relocation allowances.
