✓High school diploma with relevant workforce management, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling or related experience will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 3 years in workforce management, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, HR systems or a related operational function.
✓Experience supporting payroll and timekeeping processes required.
✓Strong knowledge of workforce management processes, including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, leave, and payroll.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and determine appropriate action.
✓Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to train and support managers and effectively collaborate with multiple departments.
✓Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet payroll-related deadlines.
