✓Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration , Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
Qualifications
✓Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
✓6–8 years of progressive experience in physician compensation, healthcare consulting, or healthcare finance, including 5 years advising senior healthcare executives and physician leadership.
✓Extensive knowledge of physician compensation methodologies, physician productivity metrics (e.g., wRVUs ), and healthcare financial management.
✓Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements affecting physician compensation (e.g., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute).
✓Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, data interpretation, and compensation modeling.
✓Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
✓Deep understanding of work RVU ( wRVU ) methodologies, physician productivity metrics, and value-based compensation models.
✓Advanced expertise in physician compensation strategy and governance.
✓Strong business acumen and financial modeling capabilities.
✓Ability to influence executive and physician stakeholders in complex environments.
✓Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
✓Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead organizational change.
